Kevin grew up in the home construction business and began building custom homes with a family-owned company started by his father and six of his uncles in 1951. Over the years, Kevin has worked in every stage of home building and gained a thorough understanding of each one from start to finish.
In 1996, Kevin formed his own building company, Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack, Inc. to pursue his dream of using state of the art building technology and modern managerial practices to fill a void being created in the housing industry in northeastern Pennsylvania.
Kevin is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Pennsylvania Builders Association and the local Pike and Wayne Counties association of Home Buidlers. where Kevin previously served on the executive board as regional vice-president, and the local Builders Associaion where Kevin has served as President and is currently on the Board of Directors.
Kevin also holds several designations from the NAHB: CGB (Certified Graduate Builder) and CGP (Certified Green Professional) |

Maria has owned and operated Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack with her husband, Kevin, since 1995. As Secretary/Owner Maria is a respected professional in her field and is closely involved with all aspects of the Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack’s construction process. She has been involved in the National Association of Home Builders and is a recent member of the National Sales and Marketing council and Women’s Council where she serves on the Membership Committee.
Maria holds the following designations from the NAHB:

Cindy Cepko, MIRM, CGP

Cindy and has been a New Home Sales Manager for Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack since 2003. She is responsible for all aspects of the sales process and the promotion of the home building business through creative marketing efforts. Cindy specializes in building relationships with her customers to ensure their true needs are met with each project.

Bob Schuman, CGP Project Manager

Bob is a 20 year veteran of the residential construction industry. His duties at Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack encompass all aspects of field operations and project management from scheduling and staffing to material specifications. His charge is to make certain that the team of Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupacks craftsman and sub-contractors perform in a quality, timely and cost-effective fashion for both the customer and the company. Bob is a Certified Residential Construction Superintendant through the NAHB and holds his New York electricians license and is a Pennsylvania registered contractor.
