Kevin grew up in the home construction business and began building custom homes with a family-owned company started by his father and six of his uncles in 1951. Over the years, Kevin has worked in every stage of home building and gained a thorough understanding of each one from start to finish.

In 1996, Kevin formed his own building company, Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack, Inc. to pursue his dream of using state of the art building technology and modern managerial practices to fill a void being created in the housing industry in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Kevin and Maria are members of the National Association of Home Builders, Pennsylvania Builders Association, where Kevin previously served on the executive board as regional vice-president, and the local Builders Associaion where Kevin has served as President and is currently on the Board of Directors.

Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack is a Forest Homes Authorized Builder, and as such is required to undertake ongoing continuing education and formal training. Forest Homes has operations in fourteen eastern states and therefore enjoys very strong purchasing power.

Today, Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack, builds homes of exceptional quality and value and is setup to build standard custom homes within 90 days on most models.
