Forest Homes of Lake Wallenpaupack uses a construction technique known as panelization.
It is simply an "off-site" stick-built home. Components are built in a controlled environment free of rain and temperature extremes. This means lumber is dry and stable and less likely to warp after construction.
Exterior walls are built on a panel machine and sheathing is applied.
Walls are square.
Only the best lumber is used - defective lumber is rejected.
